Sparks Toyota Parts

Not amazon fast, but you get real OEM Toyota parts. You aren't always sure on Amazon. My parts came in good packaging and in authentic Toyota plastic with labels. Don't order here if you need the part fast, but you WILL get your parts eventually as the backordered items come available from Toyota. This is not necessarily shown when ordering, but I did get an email a day later saying the parts are backordered. Sparks also charged my card at order time, rather than at ship time. I will use them again, I think they are fine, just not a huge operation and not as fast to deliver as you come to expect nowadays.

First off let me say I am very happy with my 2024 Toyota RAV4. I was very happy with my sales woman at the time of purchase also. This is more of a complaint about the features the Toyota gives you for the first year. It was probably in all the paperwork that I received but of course I'm sure I'm not the only one I did not read everything. After 1 year the remote start was going to expire. This was primarily one of the few things we wanted when we purchased a new vehicle. Well as I said we get notified that after 1 year if we wanted to continue the remote start it would be $15 a month, give me a break almost $200 a year more. Of course I did not take it, $35,000 And they can't include remote start come on!!! Ford & Chevy they all give that to you at no additional charge. Toyota you got to

Horrible business practice! They claim they have parts in stock ready to ship, and depending on the shipping method you pay for, would be arriving in a few days. This is not the case! After you place an order, they then order the parts from A manufacturer to be shipped to them. Once received, they then shipped the parts to you. Taking weeks to receive your part, if you’re lucky, instead of the couple days they claimed. Complete theft by them requiring an outrageous shipping cost for what they offer in the end. Save your money, and make your purchases from somewhere else.

Worst place I have ever ordered Toyota parts from. Sent several emails over a six week period. Zero return communication. Just took my money and ignored me. Filed a dispute and won that. Don’t waste your time with these people. Too many other places that are so much better. Would give zero stars if I could.

I used to trust Sparks Parts as the go-to place for quality parts, but sadly, they’ve taken a nosedive. The shipping charges are nothing short of outrageous—clearly marked up way beyond actual costs. It feels like they’re using shipping as a way to gouge customers, tripling the fees for no reason. To make matters worse, the shipping is painfully slow, with frequent delays that leave you wondering if your order will ever arrive. And if you try to get in touch with their customer service? Good luck. It’s practically non-existent. It’s disappointing to see such a reputable company fall so far. What a shame.
