I am truly shocked by how the service team treated a loyal customer. My father has been servicing his car at Toyota for many years, but his most recent experience was extremely disappointing. He left an honest review describing the issues he faced. Shortly after, someone from the Toyota service department called to ask what happened. He calmly explained the situation — and instead of addressing the problem, they told him they no longer wanted to service him. On top of that, he ordered a side window online, and they canceled the order as well, refusing to sell the part to him simply because he shared truthful feedback about their poor service. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this service center to anyone. No customer should be denied service for being

I picked up a screw in my tire and promptly took it to another shop to see if it could be plugged. They said no, so I called up Sparks to see if I had any warranty coverage because I would need a new tire. They told me I was good to go under my road hazard coverage. I had them order the tire and we scheduled for me to come in a couple of days later. Once I arrived for my appointment, the service writer said "Do you have tire coverage?" I replied, "I was told I do under road hazard." He said "that only covers plugs." I'm leaving this review not because I had to pay for a tire, but because I was lied to. Manipulating your customers to finalize a sale is incredibly unprofessional and deceptive. Once my lease is up, I will happily pay the $300- something charge to forfeit further contracts w

Even if you set an appointment you might be there 2&1/2 hours. I was last time. Minimum time you'll spend is 1&1/2 hours. I believe they're doing what they say they're doing to my car, but they really should be quicker. Id imagine they sold too many free service packages with their new cars and can't keep up. If you want it free you have to wait. So they're counting on you preferring to pay out of pocket somewhere else. Good little hustle.

Not surprised at recent reviews. I’ve been a longtime customer here because I drive a hybrid and don’t trust many people to work on my car. It was nowhere near as warm a welcome as it’s been in the past. I understand not having an appointment will cause you to be there longer, fine. I brought my books and planned for that. But it felt as if no one wanted to work on my car at all. I work the same schedule they’re open so Saturday would be my only day to get in, I was really trying to get this fixed Wednesday. He said they have 130 cars and the next available appt was June 13th (the date was May 14th). I had already looked online to book an appt and it said the next one available was May 23rd 7:15am. That’s why I said it felt like no one wanted to work on my car. I told him this and he said

Every time you go here they get in a hurry to pull you into garage.then leave you there waiting. The valet guys are all friendly but the service advisors act like they don't see you. They don't even speak to you. They stare down at their computer ( or phone...classy) and act like they can't even say I'll be with you in one minute. Third time it's happened. Only going there for warranty work otherwise no way. 15 minutes and nobody says anything to you . Do better
