Spartan Auto Care Center (West Springfield)

Everyone at Spartan was wonderful. I was quoted a fair price and after the work was complete they gave me an additional military discount when they recognized the Veteran plates. Any autoshop can put a woman at the register, but Lana was IN the shop, welding my exhaust, and giving my daughter a positive female role model in skilled trades. I will definitely be back.

I came here for a pre purchase inspection for a high mileage used vehicle. The inspection was extremely thorough and highlighted a few critical repairs as well as some optional. The estimate provided for the work put me in a fantastic position to come to an agreement with the seller of the vehicle. Highly recommend!

Can we give zero stars? This place is absolutely shocking — the worst auto repair shop I have ever seen in my life. The pricing is completely unreasonable and feels like a scam. They quoted us around $6,500 for repairs, which is insane and totally unfair. We are not stupid, and we knew immediately that the price was outrageous, so we decided to leave. Then, suddenly, they demanded a $70 “inspection/check fee” just because we didn’t proceed with the repair. That was never clearly explained upfront. Very disappointing experience. Good job, Spartan Auto Care Center — this is how you lose customers. Stop taking advantage of customers. Please actually read these negative reviews carefully and reflect, instead of always trying to argue back.

Brought my car past 4:00 pm with a broken brake line . The next day my car was fixed early afternoon. Another car repair shop wanted three days to repair. No problem with my brakes since. Prices are reasonable, service is great!

Nick at Spartan came through on Christmas Eve. My daughter came home for holiday and informed me her Nissan Sentra was loud on the way. I reached out to Nick at Spartan to see if any chance they could take a look on short notice when they were likely closing early. He said drop it off and he will see what he can do. The cars (a 2015) original exhaust had finally bit the dust. He provided a fair quote and his team got the job done by Noon. Highly recommend Nick and The Spartan Team for you car care needs.
