My experience with Vlad was top-notch. He is a gentleman and good at his career. He diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate in a timely manner. I was able to drop off my car the night before so it was ready for his eyes the next morning. I trust him to do great work. He came highly recommended, and I see why.

I would love to recommend Specialized Preferred Auto Service in Englewood , Colorado. Vlad and his team are winners in my book and I won’t be taking my Ford F-150 truck anywhere else. The repair prices are extremely reasonable (in one case there was no charge) and I received excellent customer service. If you’re worried about taking your vehicle for repairs in the Denver area and you’re looking for a good mechanic, please take it to Specialized Preferred Auto. I’m glad I tried them myself. Peter H

These guys are awesome! They know they’re German cars. Very hard to find a shop that knows their stuff. I came in for a typical alignment. I mentioned to them that the car isn’t pulling, it’s just the steering wheel. It’s off to the right, just a bit. As I waited for my car, they came and asked me to set the steering wheel to where I wanted it to. Mind you, no shop has ever asked me that, ever. They’re not doing it with what they think is best, they cared enough to make sure that the customer(me), positioned the steering wheel to where I wanted to. Which was amazing. No shop or alignment place has ever asked me that. Anyway, by the time it was done, they asked me to take it for a spin. And drive it around. I waited three months to write my review to make sure I had some time with the car under my belt. Bottom line is that Vlad's team did great work at a very competitive price and three months later my Tiguan is humming like a Swiss watch. I will 100% go back to SPA when I need some help and would recommend them to anyone with a Euro auto who is looking for excellent work at a fair price (something you typically don't get from dealers or the average Euro/German repair shops).
