Zapp was great to do business with! David was honest, friendly, easy to negotiate with, and went out of his way to make it all work out for us! Even after the purchase, a check engine light came on and he immediately apologized and agreed to take care of it! They were a refreshing experience in the used car world!

REVIEW UPDATE AS OF 11/25/2020 I was able to stop the screeching by replacing the serpentine belt. The tensioner pully needs to be replaced as it is worn down as well. Luckily it was nothing major. But all in all, it was a great experience purchasing from Zapp Motors, Dave’s customer service and professionalism is top notch. My review is based solely on the car and after purchase issue.
