Worst place to ever consider, Simply Don't Go There. JUST DON'T

DO NOT GO HERE. I needed electrical work for my car. I told Zac I had it diagnosed 2 places. It wasn’t battery or Alternator. It needed electrical work. After running a diagnostic, ZAC insisted it was battery and he would sell me one $325. He said he couldn’t do anything WITHOUT A NEW BATTERY. So I went and got my own and he installed it for 150 and said car was fixed. So car is doing the same thing. Zac says you gotta start somewhere and that was the battery. Your diagnostic should have said battery was good unless you were trying to cheat or don’t know what you’re doing

When I first called I explained my vehicle’s issue, in which I was informed that it was ECM and Zack advised to allow him to do a diagnostic and he’ll go from there. Zack was very patient and understanding. Took my vehicle today about 9 am or 10 am. Zack diagnosed a wrong starter for my truck. He was indeed correct! Got my truck back before 2pm and it’s driving perfect!! Thanks Zack!!

Great mechanics did the work correctly no issues in had the car back functioning the right way the next day

I'd read alot of these reviews before personally taking my car there. If things mentioned by over a dozen or 2 dozen people don't red flag this business as shady, unprofessional, and a flat out rip off.. I'm not entirely sure what will.. Hundreds of dollars just to look at a vehicle? I wasn't aware this was a Ferrari or Bentley dealership in disguise of Speciality. I get bills have to be paid and people are struggling financially but I didn't know that meant trying to gouge every client in the door.
