I have a rare 2005 Chrysler/Mercedes Crossfire SRT-6 Roadster. It is 21years old this year. Specialty Automotive is the only place I would recommend for any vehicle repairs large or small. Got a diagnosis about 6 months ago for a particular issue. Forgot the diagnosis brought here did a full over look over and they didn’t diagnose anything related to the issue. First time they told me the issue didn’t exist. Went back to get all the things fixed step-by-step, two or three at a time. It was only then did the mechanic mention he observing the symptom in the ‘after report’. So I wrote a polite letter NOT public that I was working on the cracked window etc. but I really needed someone to concentrate at the acceleration. Hedi the owner called me and I clarified“I apreciate the wholistic concern but it’s a little frustrating because getting a note on your ‘after report’ about this issue with acceleration being *noticed* kind of like an afterthough when I have been communicating

Highly recommend these guys at Specialty Automotive. This has been some of the best customer service and quickest turnaround time I have ever experienced with an auto shop before. They even have a shuttle service that will take you anywhere in town after dropping your car off and will pick you up to bring you back when your car is ready. First time I’ve experienced service like that. I will definitely be bringing my truck back to these guys (hopefully not too soon though)!

I’m thrilled with the service at specialty automotive. I’ve been using these guys for several years and they always do a great job and do it in a timely manner. I had my FJ cruiser serviced and they finished the job much quicker than what was expected. It’s running like it’s brand new. Brad, who I talked to on the phone was very informative and helpful, Craig, the owner was also very kind and helpful. And I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’ll continue to use this shop for many years to come.

I’ve been to Specialty Auto a couple of times to diagnose some weird issues with my car that weren’t obvious. In both cases, they were super upfront about what they thought the problems could be. They worked to diagnose the problems in a honest and cost saving manner and then if there was nothing wrong or nothing that they could find, they charged a minimal amount for the labor to investigate the issue. Best of all, when they do find something they lay it out super clearly as far as how urgent it is, how much it cost to fix, and how much you actually need to fix it. I trust these guys a lot and they have a very Customer first attitude, which I appreciate.
