The people at the Mitchell Bridge location were fantastic! Quality work, reasonable prices, outstanding communication and had me back in my car fast!! Took my car there after an accident on 85 involving a big rig. Thought my car would never be right again. The Special T team not only got it back to right, its better! They will be my #1 choice body shop from now on! They deserve more than just 5 stars!!

I had a lady hit our Kia in the Home Depot parking lot so I took it to Specialty Paint and Body and they worked directly with the other persons insurance company. My car was fixed quickly, they handled updating the rental car and let me drop it off there to pick up my car. My estimator, Timothy, updated me regularly throughout the week and was great with communication. My Kia looks newer now than when I first bought it. I will be recommending friends and family to this shop!

I had a great experience with this shop. My son’s car was in an accident while he was away at UGA, and I was trying to manage everything from Maryland. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful from the start. Randee kept me updated, answered all my questions promptly, and gave me her honest, professional opinion as I handled the insurance process on my own. In the end, the car was deemed a total loss, and no body work was needed, but I genuinely appreciated their guidance and integrity throughout. I would absolutely recommend them for their professionalism and honesty.

I felt so ignorant about what to ask and what things meant but Randee kept reassuring me that everything was OK and she didn't mind breaking down the jargon or the process.
