Specialty Towing

If I could review zero stars I would. This is the most garbage customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Didn’t answer the phone ONCE! They answered my insurance and said they were filling up the gas tank (after two hours of trying to get ahold of them) and then they ghosted us entirely. Do not EVER use these guys. These guys are con artists and fraudsters. After my 2 and a half hours of waiting, they extended it another 45 minutes before CANCELLING ENTIRELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you guys need anything towing related anywhere in Los Angeles, go through Certified Road Assistance. They know what they’re doing. They were there in 30 minutes to help out. LEGENDS!!!!

What can I say. This man really came through for me. Last night when it was pouring rain I was stuck at the Costco parking lot after they had closed. I managed to get his number from a friend of mine so I gave him a call. He said he would be there as soon as he finished helping someone else and sure enough he was. He got there quick. Tried to help me jump start my car just to make sure it wasn’t a tow beforehand. And then gave me the option of towing it after a few failed attempts. My battery was completely dead. Got home car an all. For sure quick, safe, and reliable!
