Sold me a car they had to fix I got the car the end of April. They fixed it the end of May. It’s currently August I need 4 new tires (according to the mechanic) they also keep losing air every other day also need an alignment and my oil was far under 100% when they sold me the car it’s currently at 19% I appreciate them fixing the major issue with my car, but I also feel like they should have fixed the minor issues before they sold it to me. Would not buy another car from them

Called to inquire about a vehicle, could barely hear or understand them. He said they do not do financing for people out of state (when I've already been approved from a lender in PA, so I said that), and then he asked if I was bringing a check. Didn't care about anything else, didnt give me info on the car. I've had other dealerships say this with no problem but this was not the same, felt scammy and off. Gave me a bad feeling, I was not comfortable continuing. Very sketchy vibes, very unprofessional and not friendly, (and I've dealt with all sorts of people and dealers). Whole thing seems a bit shady, feels like hustlers who are more worried about a dollar than people. Just giving my experience, hopefully it's helpful. Worst experience and biggest waste of money. The car we just purchased lasted 350 miles until the check engine light came on. Until then, it ran fine. We took it to our mechanic who told us that the code was for a couple of possible things, but the motor was going bad and would need replaced soon. He said this was likely a known issue that was not disclosed for a quick sale. DO NOT BUY THEIR VEHICLES!

This is the second car I bought from here. First one was 2018 Altima. Few minor problems total cost around 300 all together to fix. Didn’t mind as I know they are R titled. This time it’s a 2016 kia optima LX Had problem with turn signal before I left the lot, said they fixed it. All they did was reset it. Didn’t work not long after. Had problem with headlight also over a period of time. Come to find turn signal and headlight are not getting any juice. Electrical problem I’m still working on for inspection. Also went to get brakes done for inspection also but can not get back passenger wheel off. It’s going to cost around 200 to fix that also if the rim doesn’t get ruined from trying to remove whatever the hell is in there in place of a lug nut. Other problems not so big. I should have kno
