I purchased some KW clubsports for an s2000. At first there website listed clubsports for an amazing price so I had to get a set. Unfortunately there was mistake on the prices so Matthew reached out to me to adjust the price and made sure I was walking away happy. Upon receiving the clubsports I noticed there was some scratches on the springs due to the painting process so I reached out to Matthew to see if he can help me out. He was very transparent since the beginning and told me to reach out to KW. It sucks that as a third party to put small business in bind. Matthew went above and beyond and even offered to send me some paint to resolve the issue. He even broke down how much I would lose if I returned the coils and sympathized with my situation.
