Speed Tires

We visited this shop today to change one tyre. One of the employees mistakenly quoted a slightly lower price, but we were not aware of that at the time. We never asked for a discount or tried to reduce the price. While discussing whether we could change another tyre in the future, a senior staff member reacted very rudely and scolded us. He said things like his staff already gave us a lower price and that labor charges couldn’t even be counted, which honestly shocked us. There was no need for that kind of attitude. We stayed calm and respectful throughout. We even said we would recommend this shop to others, but the response we got was very arrogant—basically implying that they don’t need customers because they already have 5-star reviews and many clients. They were great. I had a deflating tire the evening before Thanksgiving, 30 minutes before they closed. They told me to come and fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price.
