Speedco Truck Lube and Tires

came to this Speedco location for a routine oil change and PM service. I was put into a bay, and in less than 30 minutes I was told the oil change and PM were completed. When I checked my oil level, it was low, and the oil itself looked thick, dark, and dirty - just like it did when I arrived. It clearly did not look like fresh oil. I asked the technician if the old oil was fully drained, and his response was that he didn't know because another technician did it. That alone was very concerning. When I went inside to pay and explained the issue to the front counter staff, I was told there was nothing they could do. I went in there twice in one day. I went in and asked if they had some shocks for my Kenworth the guy at the counter didn’t seem to even want to work. I went in later in the day someone else helped me he acted like he was overwhelmed and didn’t want anyone else coming in. I asked him for a simple request for them to drill out a bigger circle in a washer and he said they couldn’t .. I’ll never come back to this incompetent speedco.. avoid at all cost! This place is going downhill quickly

Told me they couldn't repair my tire because I was parked in a water puddle. Ok. Reported to the shop first thing in the morning, still made me wait. Finally got in a bay, didn't have the information from the work order last night so I have to wait even more. Finally got penske on the phone, only for speedco to tell them "we only have low quality and recapped tires ". Wasted three hours.

Great people, saved me so much money. No complaints from. Just thankfulness for the good worked don
