Speedco Truck Lube and Tires

I stop by on Saturday 11.01.25 at 10:40 am to do an oil change. Manager on shift was Maks as I remember his name and I was told by him they have one truck in the bay ahead of me that needs 2 tires changed and I will be in .At 12:00 pm I was in the bay .2:00 pm. Nobody has touched my truck Maks is siting in office SMOKING vape and I asked him why does it take almost 4 hours for them to change 2 tires he didn't give adequate answer .At 2:30 they drop my oil and stoped .New shift arrived at around 3pm and they are the one that did the job.Maks needs to be fired I was told by employees of the second shift that he was capable of changing my oil.And he did nothing he was watching videos and vaping inside office until end of shift. Arrived around 12:00 12/14/25 ( Sunday ), got put right into the bay. The sensor needed isn’t at store level since Freightliner is 30+/- Miles away, loves will use roadie to PU/Del parts. Talking about quick and efficient. I had a steer tire that was about to blow out and Mr. Mason had everything ready to go when I pulled up. I did not even have to park and wait. Very professional and great service.

On 09/12 we went in for a PM service. After 30 minutes they said the PM service was done. When we checked the oil level, the oil on the dipstick was already black. On top of that, after the PM service the truck would not start, and even during idling it shakes and shuts off. We are not satisfied with this shop’s service and ask the shop managers to take this issue under their supervision

If I could give a 0 I would. In April 2025 I had 2 steer tires put on my truck at this location . Today I went to another loves In Illinois because I noticed the tires were wearing weird. The mechanic today told me the tires I had on my steer axel were trailer tires. Not only is it illegal to run trailer tires on the steers it’s extremely dangerous!!! Yall could have killed me or caused me to kill someone else. Not to mention yall could have gotten me put out of service and fined for the stunt yall pulled. Absolutely unacceptable for something like this to ever happen!
