Speedco Truck Lube and Tires

No longer Speedco Needs to be rename SLOW-CO First one inside the Lube over 2 hours. For a oil change still not done. I ask, why is it taking so long? I can't believe what they just told me that the guy that is working on the truck has no experience.

Had trailer tires and rim needed replaced and they were very nice workers. The office.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. This is hands down the most incompetent and pathetic service I have ever encountered. The Situation: I came in for a simple tire change and ended up wasting 5 hours of my life. Five hours for something that should be routine! But that’s not even the worst part. After making us wait all that time, the staff simply closed up and left without saying a word. They didn’t finish the job, they didn’t close the work order, and they just disappeared. We were sitting there waiting for a phone call that never came. No explanation, no apology, no professionalism whatsoever. They literally just abandoned the job and went home while we were still counting on them.

Absolutely worst mechanical shop to be at. Standing around because they get paid by the hour! 3.5 hours for an oil change Attitude the whole time. I'll be requesting a refund for my time since they want to stand around and waste it.

I arrived here at about 1400 on a Friday. One bay had a trailer in it and 3 service trucks were parked out front. Probably not that busy and I should be able to get a couple of trailer tires replaced without too long of a wait. You would think. But you would be sadly mistaken. I checked in and everything was fine. The girl in the office was super friendly and helpful. Got me checked in without any issues in just a few minutes. Told me to expect about an hour or two. Not terrible. Three hours later I went to check back and was told another hour, maybe 2. Okay well I already have 2 hours invested so far, I'll wait some more. 2 hours later and every excuse in the book. No mechanic here, bays are full, waiting for mechanic to get back, got a couple trucks ahead of you, we close pretty soon, mi
