SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service

I have been going to Speedee for a few months now. Went again this week for some major work to be done under their new management. Met the new crew, district manager, and regional manager. Not only were they very accommodating, I was treated with kindness and respect and as a female, that means a lot. Everything was explained in detail, quoted exact, and so far my vehicle is running beautifully. I will definitely use them again if needed, and I highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a company and crew that they can trust! Thank you!

Everything was fantastic. I went here Nov. 10 at 1pm, I was greeted by the gentleman at the counter who was very friendly and easy to work with, despite my lack of knowledge. The mechanic got my car done (state inspection) before my lunch break was over, and he was also very friendly to me. He even parked my car by the office door, ready to go with the paperwork in the passenger seat. Excellent service to these gentlemen all around. It was all very affordable, easy, timely, and the office is very clean. The restroom looked better than many people's homes, even with female amenities. I've never been in such a professional car service shop. I will come here next time I need something done on my car (hopefully not any time soon, haha.)

Guys working were nice and courteous, but please beware. Partner and I both went in for an oil change, and this is definitely a corporate car shop. They try to sell you up-charges like nobody’s business. Just be aware if you don’t know a lot about cars and stick to the oil change.

My first time stopping in today was for an oil change and some diagnostic work. Folks at the desk were prompt and professional, and the tech who worked on my vehicle, Raphael, is obviously very knowledgeable about his work, and did a great job of offering additional services without being pushy, which is normally a pet peeve of mine. I'll definitely be back!

This was a nice experience!! The lady at the register was nice and made me feel welcomed! The service was speedy and the service guys was knowledgeable to say the least. The older gentleman I think from North Dakota was friendly and helped make my time worth it!! Oh yes 🙌🏾 I can’t forget the massage chair!! It was great!! 5 Stars! I will return here next time!!
