Speeders Car Wash - Bloomfield

After a long 10-hour workday, I stopped by 30 minutes before closing to get my car washed. Some of the supply bottles were not working, and the closer was walking around picking up trash. I asked him once, then again, and finally a third time for a working spray bottle and some extra cleaning cloths. Only after the third request did he hand me a bottle. He never gave me any cleaning cloths at all. As it got closer to closing, I asked another staff member with cornrows if I could get some cloths. Instead of helping, he told me it was up to the closer. This was the same person who had already ignored me twice and gave me only a bottle on the third attempt. Yet he made the effort to help his friend clean her car while making zero effort for an actual customer. There were also people taking

Kate is very kind-hearted and respectful. She took the time to help me step by step, breaking down how to use all of the cleaning supplies and walking me through the entire process of setting up my account. She was extremely polite, well-mannered, and professional. Every time I arrive, she’s always smiling and has such a cheerful, welcoming attitude. I truly appreciate her patience and positive energy. Thank you for being a great sport—way to go, Kate!

Over at Russell Speeder’s, I always receive top-notch care. I would like to give a special thanks to ASH for her kindness and generosity throughout my entire experience. She has truly been a tremendous help, guiding me through the whole process and explaining all the supplies I needed to use. Her overall performance is phenomenal! Ash is a true team player and a great sport ♡ not only with me, but I’ve also seen her working hard and going above and beyond for other customers. I am very disappointed in this place, and I’m surprised it has so many good reviews. First of all, if you are not a member, they won’t let you vacuum your vehicle there. They also told me I cannot park in their parking lot because I am not a member, even though they’re willing to take my money to wash my vehicle. I can’t go into the parking lot to use my own supplies or dry my car off. Every time you go there, even if you’re not a member, they always try to push you to get their membership, even when you say no. I had their membership when they first opened, but I canceled it because they took more money from me than they initially said. I absolutely do not recommend this business to anyone. There is a much better car wash on Granby Street nearby, where they will take your car, vacuum it,
