SPEEDY LUBE 24

First time, needed an inspection. They we're able to get me in for a same day appointment, they were kind, prompt, clean, respectful, and priced right. All of the things that make for great customer service. I will be bringing my other vehicles here for future service needs.

Took my son's car here and they were able to get me in twice as a walk in and take care of the issue and the guy that checks you in and out is super nice, the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because we noticed an issue with one of the tires so they replaced the tire with a used tire costing $125 and the tire they gave me was actually worse than the tire they took off, which caused the car to drive different from when I bought it, I ended up taking the car somewhere else and decided to just replace all the tires and I paid almost half the price for a brand new tire than I did for their used one and the car drives smoothly again. These guys screw me very hard. I spent $2700 on my Ford escape and I just ask them to change my brakes and routers. They messed up a lot a lot of things in the car. My brakes are the same. They are hard in my car engine has issue it is missing Which I have never a problem and they refuse to fix whatever the date. Do not try to go there they are not cooperative. They’re not standing behind their work.
