Speedy's Towing

Awful customer service from carlos... I didn't even contact them, I was googling company's to buy my junked car, and carlos messaged me. Did the same with my wife until she told him the car and address... Still not sure how that works... but, he jerked me around for over a week. Every day it was a different excuse as to why he couldn't come. Ice, trucks too busy, etc.. I had gotten better offers from other companies, but decided to give carlos to benefit of a doubt since I made a deal with him first. I eventually told him point blank, if you arent coming just tell me so I can move on, its not like feelings would be hurt... he then promised he'd be there the next day. Didn't show or respond until I said I was going to leave this review, he once again promised the next day by noon, and then

Professional and punctual, the tow truck driver adhered to the agreed upon appointment time.

They were super friendly and arrived very quickly (less than 30 min) to my location and towed me to my tire shop for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!
