I'd like to give 5 stars for professional service work for heavy trucks. I asked for help about changing the oil and checking the fluids. All this cost me only $ 29 for a Ford transit box truck. Amazing price... Even when I, as an owner operator, come across a service in 48 states, and this is the best I've met, in my opinion

Let’s start with the good: I bought a Jeep Compass from here a little over a month ago at a great price for the age and mileage of the vehicle and it’s now finally running well. I appreciated that after I was running late and missed my test drive appointment, they allowed me to come in for a test drive 30 minutes or so before closing. I also appreciated that when I picked the car up I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. The sales associates I worked with, Mitch and especially Lily, were very helpful during the purchasing process. Now onto the bad: After driving the vehicle home, the battery was dead the next time I tried to go out. It couldn’t be jumped so I had no choice but to call AAA and pay over $200 for a new battery. First time visiting Spitzer Ford in Dubois as I usually deal with the St. Marys locations depending on the brand I'm looking at. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a wonderful receptionist who, after hearing the reason for my visit, walked me straight to a sales person and made sure I was being looked after. So many dealers miss this important feature...so well done. I didn't get her name, but thank you. Lily Henry from Sales looked after me during my visit and after buying nine vehicles in the past 4 years not only do we love vehicles in general but we have come to expect a certain level of customer service....and we do not accept pr tolerate anything less. With that said, even after telling Lily that I was NOT looking to buy the vehicle in question (Mustang Dark Horse)

Sales person was great. Management was terrible. Adding approximately $1400 to the price for items not wanted is totally wrong. Would not recommend this place at all.

Service in the back called me and said the found problem with my truck and to call them back and let them know if I wanted them to order parts that they should be able to get them this afternoon and would trying to have it ready that I could pick up same day. They said parts are about $160.00 I said ok then picked truck up just before they closed and left for home to discover it wasn't fixed but worse and my parts I needed was 8" of 1/4 vacume hose and a tiny zip tie. Yes that's right no jokes I keep laughing about it cause I can't get over my $160.00 fix it wouldn't surprise me they don't try putting a band aid on vehicles and hope it makes it better.
