Splash Car Wash & 10-Minute Oil Change

Benton location. I went through today. The young man was EXTREMELY pushy, trying to sell me a membership. After several questions I told him I just want to wash my car and he basically argued with me. Despicable! That alone is enough for me to not go back. Then my car was still dirty after my wash. Not just bugs; dirt was still all over. I do not recommend. These two photos are just examples of the dirt I had to clean after the wash.

Splash Car Wash with detailing service is hands down the best car care experience I’ve had! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. They didn’t just wash my car—they made it look brand new inside and out. The exterior is sparkling, the tires shine, and the interior detailing left every surface spotless and smelling fresh. I love that they paid attention to the small details, like cleaning the vents and conditioning the seats. Worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had the oil changed in my company car at the Congo location today. Could not have asked for a better experience! All the guys working there were extremely nice and knowledgeable. The car is a fleet car and they had some difficulty getting approval from the fleet provider, but were super patient, not pushy or put out, and were quick to get it done once the service was approved. I would strongly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to send my wife or daughter there. Will definitely remain a regular customer. We use the Congo and Bryant car wash locations regularly and love the service there too.

Went here to get an oil change. Brought my own oil and filter. They refused to use the filter I brought. Wouldn’t give me a reason. Then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t get my oil filter off from the previous job they had completed. In order to get out of there I had no choice but to accept they had to leave a dirty filter on with fresh oil. Really that’s unacceptable. The two techs refused to speak to me and had someone else complete my “service”. I didn’t receive an apology nor a thank you. I will NOT go back to this location.

I went into Splash on Congo Rd for my routine oil change, Shane was very friendly and professional and had me in and out quickly. So many times in today’s world customer facing roles aren’t always friendly so it was nice to for not only face service but friendly service. Shane, keep doing it the right way!!
