Splash Car Wash

I’ve been going to the Splash Car Wash in Cheshire for years since moving to town, and in the past most of the attendants have been friendly and helpful. I understand it’s not the highest-paying job, but the staff usually did a good job keeping things moving and treating customers well. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a very frustrating experience. There was a new attendant working the check-in and pre-wash prep area, and the attitude and service were extremely disappointing. She was very rude to customers and came across as if she simply didn’t care about the people waiting in line. Because of how slow she was checking cars in, the line backed up quickly and people were waiting much longer than usual. What made it worse was the lack of effort during the pre-wash step. Do NOT sign up for a membership. They will still charge you after you cancel. See the attached image of my bill. Car wash was average. There are other reputable businesses that will not continue to charge your credit card against your consent.

Was excited to go here, still looking for a good car wash in CT. Reviews seemed mostly positive. I wound up very disappointed. My $36 was + tip gave me a good wash except all the spots they missed (front grille, wheels, windows - see pics). I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Except job! Made a 9am appt and was done at the 4 hour mark. Great job and excellent customer service. Awesome job to the employees as well Alex and associate with the super long hair that assist with my vehicle . Thank you Splash car wash!

Today's wash was like getting a good rinse in the rain. I cancelled my monthly membership two months ago, because the back lift gate never looks clean, window is still dirty. My front grill looks the same as started. This is what $25.00 gets you. You may want to clean your car yourself.
