George did a fantastic job repairing my 2021 Toyota Sienna after a deer strike! The deer was OK but my vehicle was not. To my surprise the vehicle was not only repaired but was detailed inside and out. To say that it looks like new is not an exaggeration! Thanks again George!

The work here is impeccable - I can't really think of anything that could even come close to a complaint! They make the process really easy, when my insurance company really doesn't lol. There's a lotta businesses and body shops that are nice and all so I guess for my review what is really going to matter is what I said at the start: the final product I saw when I picked up my vehicle is the best I've ever seen. Having worked in autobody and collision a bit and having seen a lot of jobs go in and out, I can say that these guys have definitely blown my old shop out of the water, and I think we did great work. It is never enjoyable to write a poor review on a business, but sadly I was left with no other option. Ultimate Auto Body simply would not honor its promised warranty to me after a recent $6,000 autobody repair. The owner returned my vehicle to me with a violent brake pulsation where the entire car shook whenever I applied the brake pedal. I was unable to travel on the highway and didn't know where to turn at that point. In my 40 years of driving, I have never experienced such a frightening issue and although I made several attempts to reach out to this owner, he was uninterested in my safety and welfare and chose to leave me stranded.
