They are the absolute worst. All three they own in batavia. I am writing this now because again both washes are down AGAIN on Liberty so now I cant go today. 5 times the last 6 weeks ive gone out west Maine and they were closed or the machine wasnt working. For as many times as ive wasted trying to get my truck washed, I should he comped 2 months. Its becoming a joke at this point and from what ive been hearing lately, im not the only one having bad experiences!

I do like the car wash on Veterans Memorial Parkway better than the other one in town, it has a better undercarriage spray. But a lot of times in the winter the no touch washes are closed down. That's when you want the under carriage spray the most...nice winter days. If the under carriage spray didn't work, I need to get put through another, and they will. That's why I go there..for the good inder carraige spray..when it works. I have a membership. Update February 2026. I've noticed this car wash his lowered their run time. Uses less soap. And if the soap is running low there's people there who can fill it up. Also I still had soap in my car when I was done with the car wash along with dirty windows

Paid $30 for one wash. If you cancel the service, you should be able to use the monthly membership for the remainder of the month. Wash didn't even wash the vehicle, went around again, then truck came out dirty. Couldn't get a receipt from in house, on the phone or on website. Don't recommend

Splash on veteran memorial dr is by far the best I’ve been at will be back again

Friendly people, bad car wash. I used to have a membership, if the car is sprayed down first all the way around it does come out cleaner! Disappointing for $22.
