Great service! Very accommodating team. I got there a little before opening today and they let me through. The covered vacuum area is great in the winter months and the mat room is also a nice touch!

I recently took my car through the car wash to get it squeaky clean, unfortunately after going through i parked my car and noticed a lot of scratches on the exterior of my car that were definitely not there before. Now truthfully, Im not somebody who cares about how nice or put together my car looks as its an older model, but damage is damage. The manager Ryan was extremely kind and was able to help and file a report of the damage to what i assume was corporate however it was decided that the damage was not a fault of the wash (i most definitely did not have these scratches before and i drove two minutes on a plowed and paved road before getting out to look at my car) Two stars because the manager was very kind even though i disagree with the no fault claim, the car wash itself its an eas

Scratched the absolute hell out of my car!!!! I always hand dry my vehicle any time I wash it. Got out after going to this location and CRAZY scratched. I put in a claim and few days later I got a call saying "We won't cover that because it doesn't look like it came from us". Are you kidding?!?! Absolute garbage of a place that DOES NOT care about customers. Trust me. Have not heard the last from me.

STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went to the car wash for the first time on Sunday, September 23, 2025. When I went in, my truck was in one piece, when I came out a piece of the front bumper and the weather stripping on the roof was pulled off. No one has contacted me so I will be contacting the Banking and Insurance Commission. UPDATE Sept. 24, 2025 The company representative left a message stating he could see "bangs and scratches" so they won't pay for the damage because his voicemail said there must have been "pre-existing damage". There are no bangs - the bumpers are made out of polymer, they don't get "bangs", they crack and there are no cracks either. I still have the bumper, so anyone who wants to stop by can see there are scratches, but no bangs, no cracks and even so, bumpers do
