Splash Car Wash Express

Eh. Poor service. I went through twice in 48 hrs (paid for both). Granted my car was dirty from sitting the winter. After the second wash, it still had some crud so I went home and power washed it which put on water spots. Came back for a third time within 48 hrs, asked if I could get a courtesy wash (explained my situation). They did not allow it, so I paid for a third wash in 48 hrs. I mean, c'mon. I didn't sit there and complain about it, but this kind of nickle and diming seems pretty cheap. There's not a lot of options in town, but I'm going to make an effort to go here less often after this.

I absolutely love the assistant manager and my blonde bombshell girl. You guys are amazing rain or shine freezing or sweating. You’re out there doing your job. Thank you for being available. Y’all the BEST!

Not sure why all three of the 24-hour wash bays will be randomly closed some nights. I would think weather, but I’ve found it closed on nights where it doesn’t snow at all. I work strange hours and I’ve had to let salt sit in my car for up to three days because of it. I wish I could know if the 24-hour bays were open before I drive 6 minutes each way. I wash my car daily, so that extra time and gas adds up. Also, the right touchless bay has been broken for at least three weeks. I’ve tried it twice and I had to go back through the middle bay because my car would still be covered in soap. The membership prices are pretty good, but it’s a dealbreaker with how often my car has to go unwashed.

The touch free is terrible. It didn’t even get light dust off the car and surprise, surprise, the machine didn’t give me a receipt when I requested it. This car was is consistently bad and I’m flabbergasted it’s so close to 5 stars.

Geez! The whole back of our car was as dirty as when we went in! They rest of the car was beautiful, but not the back! You lost our business! 🫤👎
