Never never again will I waste my time. The attitude is unacceptable, I went there for an alignment after just having the ENTIRE undercarriage done. Was charged $110 for that, then told me I needed $1600 worth of parts including the labor done that I didn't come to need. But don't worry, their ignorance got me paying for their " professional knowledge" The bolts were never tightened after alignment, causing my front two tires to rub, only to find this out after I took my car elsewhere due to heavy vibration in the front. And to get a 2nd opinion. The tires were so bald after I just had it looked at not even a week prior, that they think the alignment wasn't even done and if it was, then the ignorance of not tightening my bolts did more damage. This place was an honest dealership. I took my car in for a service that upon discovery wasn't needed. Instead of doing "something" and charging me monies, they instead told me nothing was needed, and saved me money. I will be using this place for services in the future! Good honest place, from my perspective.

We unfortunately had a flat tire during our travels (from Canada). We were able to put a 100 mile tire on our car and made it over to Steve Shannon Tire. The staff there was very polite and professional. They looked at the tire and in an attempt to save us money, offered to put a plug in the tire, instead of us purchasing a new tire. We thanked them and were on our way. One hour later the tire was flat again. We ended up purchasing a new tire elsewhere and came back the next day to let them know. They apologized and gave us a full refund. Excellent service. So nice to see old school values. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Chris

Con artists I took my truck in they told me I needed all spark plugs and coil packs and quoted me $1,200 saying that was just a start could be more we don't know now mind you this shop is supposed to be 135.00 per hour in labor so I took it for a second opinion to eagle Auto who charges $150 per hour in labor they also told me it needs all coil packs and spark plugs replaced and they quoted me $796 for the same job when they are $15 an hour more in labor so how on Earth is that even possible same job same parts and cheaper shop is $400 more? All the shops go by the same book as well will not be going back will be sticking with eagle from now on they got it in and out in the same day and it cost $400 less for the same job
