Splash Car Wash Express

I went to get my car washed back in October my car went off the tracks and scratched the lower section of my paint and put a small dent on the body. Keep in mind I was also almost rear ended by the guy behind me! Employee came up and said “dude you gotta go gas it” The same day I put in a claim with them and 2 months later they are still “having trouble pulling up the video footage”. Now after the local manager seen my car in person in November they want to make me come back out for the district manager to see it in person. No phone calls no explanations as to why the cameras haven’t been pulled but they want me to come back up during the week of Christmas of all times. This company is needs to own up to there mistakes and fix the damages to my car.

For TWENTY BUCKS, this car wash didn’t even take the bird poop off my car. Seriously, I would have been so much better off just washing my car myself with a sponge. I could have done it in 30 minutes and I wouldn’t have felt robbed. I would have been paying myself $40 / hour in savings doing that and actually would have had a clean car at the end. Super disappointed, this car wash did practically nothing to clean my car.

Was never much of a car wash guy but Slash makes it so easy. Lines move quickly and the wash is ok. So nice to just pull in and get rid of all that winter salt. In/out in minutes. Well worth the monthly subscription.

If I could review this place with a negative rating I would, spent the money to get the better car wash plus 4 more dollars to have my windows cleaned. The sides and front of my car are still dirty and their machine decided it was lunch time because I no longer have a front license plate. I would not recommend going here, there are far better car washes a slight distance away. I have some scuff marks that can easily be buffed off but the dirt should have been washed off. Thanks for nothing..

Not only were my windows still dirty, but the hood of my car was scratched up. You can see the swirls of the spinning brush in the scratches. They denied their wash could have done it. I understand stones can get caught up and this happens, but don't expect them to own up to it. (I spent almost 2 months shopping for my bougie car and have only had it a few months, so I'm really upset about this.)
