SPLASH CAR WASH

I put $7.00 cash in this car wash and never received a drop of water. I called the number on the sign for a week and left messages every time. No one has called me back and it has been 1 week today. A complete rip off and scam!

Change machine broken, so I used the credit card machine. No tire cleaner. No soap in hose. No soap in scrub brush. Pushed stop button, but it was broken too. Charged my card $10. I will dispute. Have video.

The owners must just not care anymore. None of the DIY bays have soap at all. Instead of making a sign to inform people, they just let people waste their money. This makes them no better than a common thief.

I’ve tried this place twice. Once it wouldn’t take my card. Yesterday it did and I tried the high pressure soap. It did not work so I tried the foam brush. It did not work. I waisted 6 and a half minutes and money! I tried to call and left a voicemail and still no one has tried to make this right. So basically I got robbed

Do not use this car wash. I tried to two different car wash bays this evening and neither one of them had soap which ended up taking my money with no way to get a refund.
