Splash Car Wash

The people that run this car wash are amazing. I do not live in town. I was here visiting & I stopped to vacuum my car. I mistakenly put $20 in the token machine not the change machine. I text the Number on the office doorbecause I’ll never use all that not living here and really needed my money. The lady had been dealing with sick family. She wasn’t there but she still took time out of her day to help me fix MY mistake. I’m the one that put the money in the token machine. I’m the one that messed up. She could’ve just easily told me my mistake she couldn’t help me but she didn’t do that. She sent me to a family member’s place of business with the remaining tokens I had and they gave me my money back. I work in customer service so I deal with people daily and most people would’ve said tha

Well this is like the only car wash in the 50 miles radius so we had no other choices. We did the self wash cause our F250 ain’t gonna fit the automatic. It looked all nice and good until we realized there’s no soap in our bay after we had put money (token actually) and rinsed off the dirt. We put another token in the bay next to us and it doesn’t have soap either. Would love to give it more star but when the car wash doesn’t have soap it’s kinda useless..

Great pressure and time for a reasonable pay. I arrived with the front of my white truck covered with black bugs. The pressure rinse knocked them all off.

I just spent $11 on a car wash that half cleaned my explorer. And the #1 reason I chose Splash was the dryer feature which DID NOT WORK. RIPOFF
