Splash Car Wash

Very unfortunate experience and maybe it’s because I’m used to being spoiled getting my car washed in NY. Full service truly means full service in NY. In CT, they don’t vacuum or clean the floor mats. They also don’t accept $50 bills, which is a complete disservice to their employees because their hand wash prices are set to allow for a $5-$7 tip. I will absolutely be taking my $50 bills to a local competitor.

Professionals, but not on par with detail shop quality. Streaks and overspray all over the dash. Had them rectify once. Not going back because I ran out of time. But I will give them one more chance. Do not bring your specialty vehicle here, only regular luxury cars are ok. If they are investment grade, then this place cannot take care of them. I just went to fuel up, and the fuel door was not cleaned.

Terrible! A criminally bad job! Seriously don't ever go here. Had a membership forever and never came. So glad I cancelled! Membership plus $75 extra for the works detailing on a G wagon and this is the result. I just got in my car and didn't check because one would assume they were thourough considering I spent over an hour waiting. Once I got out of my car to really check it out this is how I found it. No point in going back and complaining, would rather keep my car as far away from this place as possible. Wish I could take back my tip!

Very hit or miss. I usually get a detail and sometimes it’s great and other times just meh. One of the workers grabbed the tip out of my hand once before I had a chance to drop it into the box. Also tired of the membership sales pressure. I already had unlimited and gor rid of it.

I wholeheartedly recommend "Splash Car Wash" in Shelton. Their exceptional service is the reason I am a returning customer! Jasmin consistently delivers exceptional performance in her role as a store supervisor/greeter and cashier at "Splash." Her demeanor is consistently welcoming and amiable, and she provides outstanding support to all customers. She is, without a doubt, the most courteous and efficient cashier I have encountered at this establishment. Her contributions are highly valued! Pierre consistently greets customers with a positive demeanor and ensures that all vehicles are impeccably clean prior to their departure.
