Sports Towing and Heavy Duty Recovery Richmond VA

Rude and endangered my life AND bad at parking? Hypocritical much? Kept me stranded on the side of the road for multiple hours because they lied and said they were coming a bunch of times then cancelled when my company called them out on it. And now I find one of their trucks parked over the line at my apartment complex taking up two of the very few decent spots. Bet y'all would tow someone for parking over the line! You guys almost got me killed. Normally I wouldn't care enough to complain about people parked over the line but considering there's parking spots further away and y'all are blocking 2 of the ones closest to people's apartments when you guys tow others for less...and we're rude and disrespectful over the phone AND kept me abandoned on the side of the road and lied to me over

I had a driver by the name of Robert come out to tow my XL truck he was very respectful and well mannered. He arrived faster than expected. Had my truck hooked up secured pretty quick. .I had to ride with the tow and Robert was very accommodating. Offered me something to drink and a bag of chips and I felt like I known him longer than 30mins thru conversation. I highly recommend them and if avail ask for Robert

The company breaks 46.2-1231-1233 for a tow I was charged 215, including a fuel charge fee mind you the car was towed on one side of the fence to the other no more that 10 feet. The guy who towed it was not trying to give me his name and when I asked for a policy break down to how they charge they were not able to provide that. (Another violation) both drivers I asked about the policy didn’t know anything and when I called the manager he basically told be I’m lucky because if anything he’s the manager and he can charge more if he wanted (another violation) after that I asked his name and he gave me the name of the driver that was just there (mind you I asked for the managers name) after than I just went ahead and paid because I knew I was already gonnna escalate the situation but when I w

I had James come out yesterday to get my suv out of the mud. He was knowledgeable , fast , and friendly. After my horrible experience with another tow company the night before that said they had to deem it a recovery due to the “severity”..and lied to my insurance company. It was refreshing to have sports towing come and finish the job in 15 minutes.James had integrity and put the customer first. Thank you for your help!!!!

Had an issue with my truck tonight. Called via USAA and Shaun rose to the occasion! Not only was he therr faster than anticipated, he listened to what I had to say and had the magic touch to not even need a hook up! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Shaun for coming out in the rainy weather and being my hero!
