Spotless Car Wash

Extremely disappointed - Membership holder with vehicle damage; ​"I am a loyal membership holder and I am extremely frustrated with the service at the Harrisonburg location today. I took my 2006 Mercedes-Benz ML350 through the wash, and not only did it leave the car dirty, but the machine also tore off my rear windshield wiper. ​I tried calling multiple times immediately after it happened, but nobody answered the phone. It is unacceptable that a paying member cannot reach customer service when their equipment damages a vehicle. I have already filed a formal claim through the website, but I expect management to review the camera footage and contact me immediately to cover the repair costs. Unreliable service and poor customer support."

This place is my go to, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to wash their own car. Today, there was some mysterious blue liquid dripping from the ceiling onto my white car in the first stall (I do have a picture of the owners contact me). It washed right off, but it still happens. There’s not a website to contact them, so this is the only way I think? I’ll be back to the stall without the drip😅

Review for automatic wash only: It's a good touchless wash. I've been to better washes elsewhere but really can't complain, this one rarely has a line and it cleans the back of my car since it's "computerized" and takes the length of your car into account. The dryer moves so you don't need to inch forward trying to coordinate your exit with a countdown timer!

For a 'touchless' car wash, there sure were a lot of brushes touching my truck. Wouldn't have paid for the wash if I knew it was a paint swirling machine.

Very disappointing results after using the touchless wash bay yesterday. Usually does an "okay" job, and it's really not on my regular commute. Still, I've been here numerous times and knew not to expect a perfect wash. Still for $11, you'd think it would've removed the dust/dirt enough to no longer see where a cat had walked across my hood. Nope, prints and dust still visible, and my car wasn't even that dirty. That's a deal breaker for me. I won't return since I can go somewhere more convenient for the same cost.
