I brought my car in here with a difficult battery drain issue. My battery would drain suddenly and it would work just fine after a jump start and the battery was testing good. You should be aware, this is one of those shops that is very specialized and they have a lot of equipment to test these types of things. That's the awesome thing. You should expect them to charge labor when they are looking at an issue, so it's not a shop that will just charge you a diagnostic fee and put it towards your repair. If you have a tough issue they will just charge you for the amount of time they are working on it. Got my car worked in fast! They diagnosed the problem first before doing anything called and updated me and was very honest about everything! Fixed my car kept the parts to show me what was wrong! Very down to earth, respectful people and service! Hands down will be the shop I go to from now on. My car was done the day I dropped it off. Very thankful!

This was the first time I have used spradlin. They provided very good customer service. When I spoke to them on the phone initially they gave me a date that they could get my car in and an approximate cost. I brought it to them two days before my appointment and they held true to their word. They got my car done the same day that they said they would and the price was within the original price quote. I would highly recommend using them they are a family-owned business. They provide excellent service. I will use them again and recommend them to other people.
