The most honest and top quality repair shop I have been to in my 60 years of driving/ owning an automobile! Steve and Richard will tell it to you like it is….. no “ what I want to hear” jibberish! And they will give you very high end service at an affordable price!! In short, I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else, nor recommend anyone else for top quality honest automotive repair service!!

In an absolute panic this morning, I called Steve about my wipers, not working on my Santa Fe. His initial response was swing by and let me take a look at it. Sadly, I was already halfway to work and had to go after work. I had to drive with murky windshield all the way to Brooklyn. Lol! While I ended up being an hour late for the appointment I made for this afternoon, he still accommodated. He came out in the bitter cold and fixed them and then told me there was no cost. He said to just come back to him when I need work done. He can count on that! Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I highly recommend him and his business!

Steve did an absolutely wonderful job fixing my vehicle. I ended up passing E-check because he knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you Steve!

Steve was very kind to take a look at my car even without an appointment, so I wouldn't get stranded. I had this battery/starting issue over a year. Went to several places but none seemed to be able to find the issue. Steve did a great job with the electrical. He found the problem, was able to get my batteries replaced under warranty and get the original manufacturer part the same day so I had my car by afternoon. I am very appreciative of his kindness, listening to my observations and fixing my car so quickly. It now runs like when I first purchased it. And he tried to keep the cost down for me. His receptionist was also very understanding and nice to speak with. She was able to take me home while I waited for the repair. I highly recommend the service at Spring Grove Automotive.
