They are the only place I trust. My husband and I have been going to the for years and even after moving to Massachusetts, still choose to make the extra trip. They have fought with our warranty provider to cover repairs and make a stressful situation so much easier. I have never felt they are trying to pull one over on me or overcharge for a service. They are fast and reliable and Steve is great! I am so grateful we found this place!

First time using this shop for a new to me vehicle. My goal was to start with an oil change and get the vehicle checked out to make sure it needed nothing else. I was able to schedule the service within a couple of days. Steve called me to verify I only needed the oil change and assured me the vehicle would also get checked out to make sure it was ok but would not try to upsale any unnecessary services. Service was completed promptly and a report was emailed soon after. I will definitely be using this shop for future maintenance and service for my vehicle.

A great experience every time I have dealt with them. I have not been the most fortunate person with cars, but Spring street has always made time for me and has never charged an exorbitant amount. They provide fast and reliable service at a good price. I have recommended them to friend and family.

This is the first time I have come to the shop and I have to tell you the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. I just had a flat tire repair, but they took care of it quickly and were very considerate of my time and kept me updated. I would recommend your shop to anyone and from my personal experiences. My wife and I’s car broke down right after leavinf the airport for vacation, leaving us stranded hours from home. Luckily we managed to get a diagnostic to point me in the right direction about my alternator being bad. I had the alternator replaced by a previous mechanic who then told me the wiring was messed up. And Spring Street Service Center took care of the rest very quickly. They are absolute saints when it comes down to taking care of you when in a tough spot like that. Thank you Steve for being so nice to us and being understanding of our situation. We made it home safely because of you guys!
