Spring Valley Village

I was told there would be a pool. It was a down right lie. I'm here 3 years and no pool, no paved streets, no beautiful entrance to our section, no walkway to the clubhouse as promised, a 15 year old clubhouse with worn out rugs, and a gym that gets no yearly maintenance. The Sales Office (service department) are arrogant and many complaints are ignored.

House was a nice size for a couple but just off of a dangerous highway and there is no traffic light which is concerning.

The streets were very dirty and the speed limit at 5 miles an hour it's way too slow the house I was at has he pipe at the end of the driveway that makes it very hard to turn around it should be cut down and a manhole cover put over it so you can turn around in this person's driveway very bad design on the engineer and the builders part

We found this community online, and have not been disappointed, in what we have seen. Staff is great to deal with.

My Sister and friend lives there. A beautiful place to live.
