Crestwood Manor is not just a place. It's a lifestyle, a community, and a home - all rolled into one. It's like a small town where everyone knows each other, and everyone looks out for each other. Crestwood Manor is one of the best decisions I could have made nine years ago - in January of 2015 - and there is no other place I would want to be at this time in my life.

Monvor Village Point is plagued with issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Issues include short staffing, poor food, improper nursing care and protocols, cleaning not adequate, and a lot of excuses for all of this, something as simple as a lack of chairs for family members to sit on while visiting. Note to anyone looking at these places don't look at independent living or even assisted living, look at the long-term care facility first. There you will see the real Springpoint!

You wrote a long political letter when all you had to say was be kind to everyone.
