I have a sprinter Van and my mom had a GLK, I always go to fletcher jones van center for maintenance and repairs,which is approx. 25minutes away. I received a promo flyer last month and was encouraged me to try this service center. We are local ,which means less than 10minute away from here and I’d rather enjoy the convenience. So, I came in, met with an advisor, got a quote that was far beyond my past experience and expectations, along with a bit of a “salesy” experience, and decided to leave immediately. drove to Fj,quotes half the price with same service, complimentary wash, and standard free ride home, scheduled next day pickup. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Tarek at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Beach, and I cannot praise him enough for the outstanding service he provided. From start to finish, Tarek went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless and stress-free experience, something I unfortunately cannot say for Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz. By far the most needlessly overpriced dealer - they simply charge much more than other Benzdeakets for the same service. I would most definitely avoid this dealer for any need rekeying to you MBZ vehicle
