Sprinter Rental

My rental experience was great, no problems or issues and the service from beginning to end was excellent. I recommend this company to anyone needing this type of vehicle.

Horrible experience — DO NOT BUY OR SELL here!!! There was zero communication from this company. We trusted them to sell our van and agreed they could rent it out only with our permission and only on a case-by-case basis. (Our van has very low miles) Instead, without any rental contract or permission, not even a text or phone call, they “transported” our van all the way to Phoenix (over 2000 additional miles on our new van) and back for a ridiculous two-day rental. Afterward, not only did we not make anything on this trip they charged us —- negative $1650 for the two-day rental, putting our account in the negative of -$185. Not only did we lose thousands of miles on our vehicle that we are trying to sell from these unauthorized rentals, but we actually lost money. Do not trust them!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They took our van without permission, drove it over 2,000 miles to Phoenix and back, and never bothered to call or text. There was no contract and no authorization. Then they charged us $1,650, leaving our account negative $185. They put thousands of miles on a van we’re trying to sell and we actually lost money while they profited. Unethical, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
