Sprinter Repair Services

I really want to like this place it’s family owned and not far from where I live. But I’ve been here three times and I’ve had three bad experiences. The first time was for an oil change for my sprinter. It ended up costing a little bit more than what the Mercedes dealer had quoted me, but no courtesy shuttle or tasty snacks. The second time they really struggled when fixing pretty simple grounding issue. Last time I needed an axle seal and they were unable to get the part. I called the dealer they were able to get my sprinter in and fixed right away. Hopefully I had atypical experiences or they get there act together.

I’ve owned a Sprinter for a little while now and have been in many different shops around the country ranging in work. Other than one other shop I found in Vegas, this is the only other absolutely amazing shop I’ve been to. I came in to get my break pads replaced, not knowing which ones need the replacement and how bad they are (rotor needing replacement or not) and had a great experience! They took a look and then walked me in the back to show me exactly what’s wrong and what they recommend. Rear pads and rotors definitely needed to be replaced although the front could still take a few more months (5-10k miles). I was totally not pressured in doing all four or told I needed other work done (even though there are many other things that need to be done on it) and all my questions were answe

Great experience, They helped me out with my sprinter when I had a check engine light come on right before a road trip. They had the problem diagnosed and repaired quickly!

I took my Van in to Sprinter repair service. It was pulling a lot of codes they were able to diagnose it. I figure out the problems. I would recommend them to anybody.

I brought them an old Sprinter to have several issues checked. They charged me 280 bucks before even opening the hood to perform a 30 minutes test. They didn't even checked half the points I needed to be reviewed. The owner makes you feel like he this not interested in your business if you are not ready to spend several thousand dollars in his shop and was simply disrespectful. I won't go back there.
