Just tried to go on my lunch break. Very busy and signs were confusing so I made a wrong turn and had to drive around the customers and workers. Not one but TWO workers threw their hands up at me screaming you can’t go this way….obviously I knew I made a mistake. Having two employees throwing hands up and giving me attitude and dirty looks? Unacceptable coming from a business owner. I will take my trucks and vans to be washed elsewhere after this encounter. Hire people that have good attitudes.

Great service and super clean vehicle, even with the basic wash. But the BATH is the best. A place I'll take all my trucks and cars.

I used the Cortland location and washed by hand. The total was $10 and now almost a week later they now charged my card $25! I don't know what's going on but I'm calling tomorrow.

I use this place frequently and always get attentive service and good quality results for the price. But today in particular, the service was exceptional. I came to Squeaky Clean and unfortunately while I was vacuuming out my car, I got locked out (with my phone and wallet also inside the vehicle). The staff could not have been more helpful. Brandon not only helped me send a service request to AAA, he gave me periodic updates on their arrival, and offered me a free bottle of cold water to have while I waited outside in the hot sun. It was a stressful situation but his kindness and compassion were extremely appreciated. I will continue to get my car cleaned at this location because the staff is amazing and great at their job.

Attendant could see I was anxious and decided to scare the shit out of me because he was bored and it was really upsetting for me. I have PTSD so I had to spend the next 10 minutes pulled over so I could ground myself and stop disassociating. Save that kind of humor for people you know enjoy that kind of thing and are familiar with. Imagine what could happen if you did that to someone who has a heart condition. The vacuums and mat cleaner were nice and this would likely be a 5 star review if not for the deeply unwelcome prank. Life is stressful enough as it is without complete strangers adding to it. This was my first impression of the place and I won't be back
