My first visit. I can be a little... Over the top picky. I was pleasantly surprised when Peter didn't even flinch when we were going over what I wanted and how I wanted it to look. Ian, the owner came across as an honest business man that wants your "forever business and referrals" rather than "all the money I can get from you today." Very professional and it's obvious why their reputation precedes them.

I had a great experience at S&S Custom Exhaust & Automotive Repair LLC.Everyone was super nice and professional, and they finished my car faster than they originally said, which helped me a lot because I don’t live in Jacksonville — I came all the way from Brunswick, GA and didn’t have a ride back home. They also gave me a better price than other places (I was getting quoted around $1000 elsewhere)And her I was charged $856, so I really appreciate that they worked with me. The guy who helped me was very friendly and made the whole process easy. If you’re looking for honest work, good prices, and fast service, I definitely recommend this place. Thanks again!

S&S does great work, is fast, doesn’t bs you, and will ALWAYS shoot you straight and have your best interest in mind. They’ve done work on my heavily modded LC500’s and M4. From front desk to each mechanic, some great guys that all actually love cars like we do! Shout out to Anthony and Ian!🤙🏾

Dropped my car off in the morning, picked up in the afternoon. They did a great job for a reasonable price and were communicating in every step. If you need some work done on your car's exhaust system, this is the place to go. Parking was a bit tight though.

Ian and the guys are amazing, best shop in Jax hands down. If you're looking for a shop that won't nickel and dime you, this is the place. I always appreciate their expertise, great customer service, and timely repairs. Nothing short of exceptional at all times.
