Management doesn't have the empathy, compassion, or professionalism needed to work with and around senior citizens. All of which would go a long way in bringing up the atmosphere in this facility. The trash that builds up in buildings creates a foul odor. It would be nice if they would clean with clean equipment and not sweep trash in the corners. Maybe one day they won't be so defensive when someone is trying to have a discussion with them about what is going on at their facility and how things can be improved. The senior citizens living there deserve better than what they are getting.

The residents were very kind. Building seemed to be run down on the inside but hallways were somewhat clean. Apts are small in size. There's no place to sit outside of your apt which makes it difficult if you have invited guest.

The residents are cool but, the apartment are very small, too small!
