This dealership has only been helpful until the ink dried. I have dealt with programming issues, safety concerns, and most recently a potential warranty issue. Programming issues: Both Service and Sales directed me to Hyundai Customer Care for a Bluelink programming problem, while Customer Care stated it was a dealership issue. After 10 months and the equivalent of roughly 12 hours of time spent going back and forth, Hyundai finally attempted the solution I had originally requested, and it worked. Service level has gone downhill at the Hyundai repair shop. Nice friendly faces in person. I made appointment because 3 dash lights were on and also for oil change. When I returned to pick up my car, they said they didn't have time to figure out the lights and that I would need to bring it back another day. That was the main reason for the appointment booked 4 weeks ago. Also, they put the wrong type of oil in my car without asking me if I wanted synthetic blend. No, I only use full synthetic then tell me that I am saving money because they put in the wrong oil. Also, I went through hell trying to get the appointment talking to their rep by their text app. I gave 3 dates with time ranges 4 weeks in advance to bring my car in because of the dash lights and she scheduled a time not fitting f

Great experience, which is usually not how I describe buying a new vehicle! We had the most amazing sales professional, Brian Wright. He was a real pleasure to work with but also very professional! We left with our new vehicle in record time!

I've gotten 3 or 4 cars from here and I'll never buy another. This last car has had issues. Bought it brand new and got the extended warranty because I drive 100 miles a day, taking my legally blind husband to with everyday. This last issue put the nail in the coffin. My check engine light went off. Got a message from O'Reilly and took it straight to St. Charles automotive. We had 2,000 miles left before our warranty was over. I had to get a rental because they NEVER give me a loaner. I called and texted multiple times over the week they kept my car, never getting a response until I pushed the issue and asked for a manager. Great place, good people to deal with. Pam and Brandon bent over backwards for us, we made our purchase of our first fully electric car in less than an hour. They made the experience quick and painless. If you are looking at the possibility of never paying for gasoline again stop by there and ask Pam to show you the NEW Nissan Leaf. It doesn’t look as Fugly as it used to. I bought the cheapest Leaf on the lot & even got more discounts than I ever imagined. And I can charge there on their lot 24/7 for free. But for now I just charge it at home in the garage for little of NOTHING. Just do it!!
