I would even pay them to watch my animals, let alone any of my family members or friends. Very long story as I'm a contractor trying to perform a estimate for a residence to have some work done and have never been treated so rude by the staff like I'm stupid. And after watching the way they treat and talk to there residents I was blown away by. I prey none of my family or friends ever end up there

The facility is very clean and spacious. The management team is very approachable and has the patient's best interest in mind. The staff are very kind and caring. I have seen many of them go above and beyond at taking care of the patients/residents. I would definitely recommend this facility to many of my colleagues, family, and friends.

This place is a joke and so are these fake reviews giving them ANYTHING more than ZERO stars! I personally doubt these reviews (all coincidentally posted within the last 4 months) are legit. Why is your own staff posting reviews on here, instead of on your website? To bury the truth? (Keep scrolling past these "amazing" recent reviews to see what family members really have to say.) My friend was transferred here, and they continually REFUSED to let me talk to her, and told me the employees were always on a "break". The place is NOT clean, and the staff IS rude AND disrespectful.

From Family Member Edmond Hillary st. Joseph’s Manor and staff are caring, well trained, compassionate and full of humor and cheer. My Dad is in a safe environment and amongs friends which include the Employees of St Joseph’s Manor. Because of this home, my Dad is spending his days content, positive and happy. The setting has the comforts of home, and it’s a place I like to visit and always feel welcomed. Hilliard Family!!!!!!
