I would also give this car lot a negative 5 rating if it were possible. My mother brought a car from this lot that did not work. She had problems with it from the very 1st day and he refused to do anything to help. He took her money knowing that the car was a lemon and wouldn't work for very long. He states that he didn't but his lack of eye contact told me otherwise. From the time she started telling him about the problems he was always looking at the ground and never directly at her. This to me is the actions of a shady person. I just wish I had spoken up about this character flaw sooner maybe we could have saved her time and money if we had completely avoided this lot all together. I would definitely not recommend Staats Auto Sales to ANYONE EVER!!!! They will rip you off and then act l

My actual rating would be a NWGATIVE 5 Stars. I had the worst possible experience ever with this ditch of a car lot. I purchased a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer from Staats Auto for over $2,000 and had nothing but problems from day one. To start off with he sold me a vehicle that couldn't even pass the mandatory inspection. I had to replace the front left brake sensor. He said that this wasn't his responsibility and that it should only cost a couple of bucks. Needless to say it cost me closer to 200. A week later it wouldn't start. Again his response was that it wasn't his problem. I took it back to the mechanics and a local auto parts stored to have it hooked up to the machine which let me know that there was an issue with the battery. I found that the truck had the wrong kind of battery. (4

My experience with staats auto was the best ever after I had a very bad time at another dealer that kept me days waiting on a answer about a car I was about to give up until I contacted staats "Jose" my sales rep and his manager set an appointment first thing the very next day and in less then 1 hour my car had my plates and I was out the door with the best deal ..."HELL YEA " I would recommend Jose and all the staff at staats ..I am going back to get my 2nd car....love this place😇 Ps...thx for my new H3 Hummer🎉⚡🎉⚡😘
