As a new neighbor, potential customer and a source expected to know, Stacy's Automotive is one of the most unethical, unsafe, insecure, unorganized automotive shops I have ever seen. I see it everyday all day and heard nothing but bad things about it. Don't understand how businesses like this are allowed to operate. It might be alright for some locals, but for the vast majority be forewarned....and I chose one star because there is no selection for zero.

Horrible. I took my car there just to have my window fixed. It was there 3 days just for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything. Never told me what the problem was. I do not recommend.

Stacey's went above and beyond the call of duty with my elderly parent's vehicle. Not only did they promptly replace the radiator at a price so refreshingly low that it was less than what I could even buy one for,but imagine our surprise to see that the entire interior of the car had been painstakingly cleaned and detailed!! Wow! I'm still speechless about that part. Thanks a million to Stacy and his wife for looking out for my folks😊

Saved the day! On our vacation trip from Atl to Jacksonville, our engine stopped and wouldn't restart. After we called around to various shops in the area, we could tell this was the place to go. So we got towed in. They jumped right on our job, and very quickly diagnosed a separated fuel line. A small plastic clip had broken. Calls to parts shops couldn't find the clip in stock. We were prepared to rent a car or hotel. The technician found the clip in his used parts box and fixed us up in minutes. We paid for 1/2hr labor and no charge for the part and we were on our way. Vacation saved. (They exceeded our expectations so much, we had to tip the technician)

The owner was rude and stand-offish. Even though I risked blowing up my motor, I still chose to drive my car with a completely busted radiator somewhere else rather than stay there. I was even told that I could leave my car there but i couldn't stay bc of the corona scare and I'd have to go to a store nearby and wait on a ride and i was 2 hours away from home in a town where i knew NO ONE. They tried to tell me it wasn't worth fixing bc my motor was probably shot. But, they did give me like 5 jugs of water and i made it to a friends house about an hour away. Took me like 2 hours bc it kept overheating, but I made it which obviously means my motor wasn't shot. Obviously don't know what they're doing or just trying to get a pay day on people who are ignorant about their vehicle.
