This is my first time writing a review because I am so angered by the lack of customer care by this business. My dad got a flat tire after less than a month of purchase. This business refuses to fix the issue or return the purchase money back. This business' attitude to customers is that if you drive out with a tire, you are on your own. There is no return policy posted anywhere for customers to be aware of. Pay $40 dollars more and get tires from Costco with better quality, service and guarantee, which my dad had to do. Don't do business with this establishment because you are going to regret it in the future.

I did front end work on my friemd's car and this place was the only place with an opening for alignment. I made the appt and sent him there. A few hours later my friend returns and I find out they didn't do the alignment because parts "looked" old. All alignment parts were Tight and they did was a spot light check. Sent him back with a tall list to replace everything. I am a 20+ year suspension specialist, I just don't have an alignment rack. Everything on the car was operationally ready to do a front end alignment. What a bunch of thimbles whoever refused to do the work. Appt for nothing. My friemd drives just over 100 miles daily routine and needs the front end lined up. Just dumb

The owners are very honest people who provide excellent service for a decent cost. They are knowledgeable about repairs and will not do any work that is unnecessary. It's nice to support a local business that is trustworthy.

These guys been around a long time. They stand behind their products. Best tire place I know of. They know the different trend designs and wear factors to find you the best tire for your particular needs. Better than trying to pick for yourself.

The customer service and technicians are awesome and I can’t thank them enough. I was on my way to New Hampshire for a family vacation towing my brand new 40ft camper when I had a tire blow out. Luckily, I was only 3 miles away from this tire shop. They had my tires in stock and we replaced all 4 tires. Only took maybe 25-30 min. They even let my girlfriend, daughters and dogs cool off inside while they worked. Amazing staff, I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond.
