I recommend there services a lot. They have helped me when other auto shops couldn’t. My car broke down on my way to New York from North Carolina and my car was towed to a AAA auto shop. That auto shop kept telling me they will look at it but never did for four days, I came to this auto shop and they helped me in an hour and got to go home. Will forever be grateful to the receptionist and the mechanic who fixed my car. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Great people, accommodating and reasonable prices. They are my go to auto shop. I had an issue pop up on my car and drove straight there. They looked at it right away even though they were closing soon. I highly recommend!

The guys there did an outstanding job repairing car. Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff, and had me in and out in no time. Definitely will be bringing my vehicles back in the future for service. Dont hesitate to stop by or give them a call for all of you automotive needs.

Was in town for a wedding. Had a check engine light come up, checked it at a Napa. Staples Mills wasn't able to address the issue, but they did drain and refill my oil (it was overfilled by the dealership), and since they didn't find the real issue (and I was short on time), they didn't charge me. Wasn't expecting that kindness. I recommend to anyone in the RVA area.

I moved to Richmond about a year ago and just recently needed an oil change. I searched the internet for a auto shop that had good ratings and didn’t try to rip off their customers. After seeing all of the 5 star reviews for Staples Mill Auto Care, I knew this was the right place to go. I went in for an oil change right when they opened and only had to wait about 30 minutes. They were very respectful, and came out and told me when they found a nail in my tire and asked if I wanted to fix it. Also very clear communication about other things to keep an eye out for when I was checking out. Definitely will be coming back here for future needs!!
